Card Hub is a digital, all-in-one platform that allows users to manage credit and debit cards, including locking cards, setting and changing your PIN, setting transaction controls, monitoring spending, and adding cards to digital wallets. It provides real-time fraud alerts and instant card issuance, so you’ll never need to worry about scammers getting to you before you can respond!

How to Get Started:

To access Card Hub, you will first need to download the First Choice Credit Union mobile app or login online. To download the app, visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search “First Choice Credit Union”. Once you’ve logged into mobile banking, click the Card Hub tab at the bottom on mobile, or the Card Hub tab at the top menu bar on Online Banking!

• Card Control & Security: Users can instantly turn cards on/off, set transaction limits (amount, merchant type, location), and report lost or stolen cards.
• Real-time Visibility: Provides detailed, real-time transaction monitoring, including merchant names and locations.

• Expense Tracking: Helps users analyze spending habits, manage recurring payments, and view detailed, categorized transaction history.
