The remodel will take advantage of the space that was previously occupied by a teller line. Our limited space and social distancing requirements resulted in FCCU discontinuing branch teller services a few months into the pandemic. Teller services are best met by direct deposit, the FCCU ATM at the entrance by the cafeteria, and our mobile deposit service.
The branch will be designed to highlight our primary loan and deposit products and the electronic services to support them. It will have an open design but also provide more privacy than was previously available. We will have our own WIFI network and utilize IPads for Members to learn how to utilize our services. We expect to eventually include video banking technology to enable Members to conveniently gain access to more of FCCU’s staff.
